I'm not sure if there's a way to reorder the sheets. However, you could rename the sheet 4 to sheet 3 and sheet 3 to sheet 4. You know what I mean? To do that, it's in the format menu, under sheet. You can also name them things other than sheet...
Hope that helpped

Try the following:
press alt-e to go to the edit menu.
Press the letter m for "move or copy sheet"
you will then be in a list of the sheets in your work book and can use the up and down arrows to move the one you are on to whatever place you want it to appear in the book.
Press enter to complete the process.
Remember, Ctrl-page up and Ctrl-Page down move you back and forward through the work book and you will hear the titles of the sheets in the order you placed them.

Go to sheet 1 and try inserting it there if you want it befre sheet 1, or if you want it before sheet 3, go to sheet 3 and create a new worksheet. I can't remember if it puts the workheet before or after that one, though.

I believe it's putting the sheet before. as far as the office question, guess I'll have to try this in office 2007 and find out. asside from that nasty ribbon I would think the concepts should be the same.

Excel 2007 is somewhat accessible but I have found issues with it. For one thing the "edit formula" box (pressing f2 inside a cell to edit its formula) does not read properly, only sees the last letter. I didn't play with it much, just siwtched back to 2003 since I was at a conference but might give it a second shot later. Also some of the Jaws hot keys conflict with the Office 2007 key strokes. It is still surprisigly workable. Can't say the Accessibility group at MS is doing a particularly fantastic job, seeing as Office 2007 is just not very accessible. Also, apart from beefed up GUI and, in some ways, better integration with .net, there are very few advantages for using 2007 over 2003.

In that case, if you want to inserta worksheet before the first, you have go up to the first worksheet, or go to the third worksheet and insert another one in there. You could then rename the worksheets and copy and paste the information from one worksheet into the other. I hope this helps you.
